|Recommended: YesNew to Andante at Nine Mile Station — I recently moved into the Andante at Nine Mile Station apartments, and I can honestly say that the leasing team has been nothing but helpful. I love my apartment, maintenance is on top of any repairs you have concerns about, and the property overall is really well kept and nice. The only issue I have is the parking, the spaces are very narrow, and it makes it a little difficult to get in and out of your car if someone parks too close to the line. Besides that, this place is quite perfect.

Just renewed my lease last month and don't anticipate moving next year when it expires. I haven't had many issues the one that I had, Brittany was awesome Also, the apartments are nice and well-priced especially for Denver and the balcony for my 1 br is 3 4 enclosed so there is a lot of privacy. Biggest downfall is parking... not a lot of options and spaces are TIGHT. But again, zero plans to move away

The parking spots are a little small, I think they could easily repaint and widen them and not have issues running out of space. Sometimes the stairways look like they could use some clean up, but not sure if that's residents common responsibility. Otherwise, the inside of the apartments are nice. Overall nicer than I expected
