The parking spots are a little small, I think they could easily repaint and widen them and not have issues running out of space. Sometimes the stairways look like they could use some clean up, but not sure if that's residents common responsibility. Otherwise, the inside of the apartments are nice. Overall nicer than I expected
|Recommended: YesI love living here — We have been living here for a year now and just signed a new lease. I love the management and staff, as they are always helpful and kind. I regularly work out in the gym and use the pool and the amenities are extremely nice. We have a very nice apartment and if something needs to be repaired, the maintenance people take care of it immediately.

|Recommended: NoVery nice... at first — The staff is great and really tries hard, the only problems are those out of their control so I don't blame them. Accept for the pedestrian gate being broken for months I feel so safe sarcasm
The Staff's efforts are easily ruined by noisy alcoholic tenants leaving beer bottles and other trash all over the property. Found a drunk guy passed out with a Modelo in his hand, slumped up against my Garage door Lovely
I often see their kids, some way too young to be without supervision, running around the property destroying amenities, digging up plants, picking all the pretty flowers, crowding the pool area, leaving trash like juice boxes, random toys, and snack wrappers all over.
When I first moved here there was a lovely putting green by the pool. The parents I assume man and a woman of the previously mentioned kids were sitting on the bench right on the green, while 5 or so other people, presumably family members congregated near the area.
The parents were posing for selfies while their three kids were utterly destroying the putting area. The brats moved the sand everywhere, removed the cup liner that sits in the hole, dug up a bunch of gravel. It made me angry to be honest.
I confronted them only to be met with a I don't speak English . So I switched it up to Spanish using google translate and asked Por favor detén a tus hijos, eso no es bueno , which basically means. Please stop your children, that's not good. He just looked at me with an angry stare, and proceeded to ignore me.
Being aware of the current political climate and considering the optics of me yelling at these folks about their crap parenting skills I decided to back off. I can't tell if this is two families that have two apartments, or one big one that has two units. Regardless they always seem to have large crowds and parties on weekdays, I guess they don't have jobs Are they allowed to grill on their 6X6 patio How much beer can you drink on a Tuesday
In any event they don't seem to grasp the concept of a community, safety, and they definitely don't care about littering and the destruction of property. Regarding Andante Staff's email to us tenants about abusing the amenities, I think you better send it in Spanish as well.
If these tenants would start behaving it would make all the difference.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live Nice Quiet — The area is nice and quiet, backed up right to Cherry Creek State Park. The management is very friendly and good with communication to fix any issues that may arise. Walls are thick, you can barely hear anything going on in other apartments. Fitness center is nice and year round pool is amazing People within the community are very friendly. Have had no issues at all with parking. Great place to live so far

|Recommended: YesPeace of mind is worth the extra rent — Great so far I feel safe with the gated community. Management is responsive and honestly MAKES the apartment. The pool and grounds are nice. My only wishes are that the stairs hallways outside the units were cleaner and that there would be more trash cans around.
